What exactly am I buying?

This shop offers two products: a soft gel nail tip sizing kit and individual nail packs.

The sizing kit includes all sizes (2 of each) so you can find your perfect fit.

The nail packs contain 24 nail tips of one size and are sold by size, so you can buy only the sizes you actually use.

Can I return or exchange nail tips if they don’t fit?

No. Due to the personal-use nature of the product, all sales are final. Returns and exchanges are not accepted.

If you are unsure about your sizing, we strongly recommend starting with the sizing kit. It includes 2 of each size so you can test the fit and determine your sizes before purchasing nail packs.

What if my order is lost or arrives damaged?

If your order arrives damaged, incomplete, or is lost in transit, please contact us within 5 days of the delivery date at contact@support.nowastenails.com.

We will review the issue and work with you to resolve it.

How long does shipping take?

Orders are processed and shipped within 1–3 business days.

Shipping is handled through USPS Ground Advantage. Delivery typically takes 3–7 business days depending on your location.

Do you offer faster shipping options?

At this time, we only offer standard shipping through USPS Ground Advantage. Expedited shipping options are not currently available.

Do you ship outside the United States?

No. We currently ship within the United States only.

What if I entered the wrong shipping address?

Customers are responsible for providing the correct shipping address at checkout.

If you need to update your address, please contact us as soon as possible. Once an order has shipped, we are not able to make changes.

Why are these sold by size?

Traditional nail tip boxes include multiple sizes that often go unused.

Here, you can buy only the sizes you actually use, helping reduce clutter and unnecessary waste.

How do I know which size to order?

If you don’t know your size, start with the sizing kit.

The sizing kit includes 2 nails of each size so you can try them on and determine your fit before purchasing nail packs.

How many nails come in each pack?

Each pack contains 24 nail tips of one size.

If you wear the same size on both hands, one pack provides up to 12 full sets or replacements.

Are these press-on nails?

No. These are clear full cover soft gel nail tips, not pre-designed press-on nails.

They are meant to be applied using nail glue or gel and can be customized with polish, gel, or nail art.

Do the nails come with glue?

No. Glue or gel is not included. You will need to use your preferred application method.

What length are the nails?

These nails are medium length. They run slightly long and can be filed or trimmed shorter if desired.

Additional lengths (such as short or long) may be added in the future based on demand.

What shapes are available?
